For this multi-user industrial development at Buroh Crescent, BRC Asia supported the project with prefab ramp beams, column and post-tensioned slab mesh.

Prefabricated ramp beams could be installed by 4 workers in slightly over 2 hours, as compared to conventional tying which would have taken 2 days.
